Positive: Brilliant location, lovely little apartment with everything you need directly on the river with a view towards the pergoda (only 200m's) away. 5 min walk along river best bahn mi in Hanoi - Banmi Fami Thanks to Alice and Liam, especially about advice for the national parade and the fly over views from the vietnam airforce , helicopters and fighter jets were just amazing flying in formation over the lake.

Positive: We wanted somewhere quieter than the Old Quarter but close by for our last two nights of our trip. This place was recommended on a Facebook group for travel to Vietnam. My friend and I booked two apartments: A balcony room and a Garden View room. They both provided great views of the West Lake and Hanoi and were clean and comfortable. The staff were great to communicate with before arrival and knowing there was a 24 hour concierge available was great. Rooms were comfortable and secure. The Garden Room even had a full kitchen and dining table! We found great coffee and food nearby and it was a five minute ride by Grab to Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Great accom at a great price.

Positive: We only stopped here for a night to do washing and drying but the location was awesome on the water with great coffee shops nearby and an excellent Ba Minh shop.

Positive: I like the apartment, it has a kitchen, a big ref, an automatic washing machine, and also a bathtub! It's worth it. The bed is also comfortable. The price is also cheap for this room!

Negative: I didn't like it because the place is far from the city center. But the grab is too cheap going to the hanoi old center so it's not a problem.
