Summary: Updated rooms were great. Clean & very friendly service. Only issues were our room safe and phone didn’t work and it took hours to fix…phone was never fixed. Be aware that house keeping is only ever 3 days, free parking is available behind hotel. Gym was great - very clean, pretty rooftop patio with views and a bar. JT was especially helpful in resolving issues

Summary: The front desk staff was not helpful with orienting me to the building. The bed frame had a bar running across the top that I could feel when I laid down. I ended up sleeping across my king sized bed to avoid the bars. They also did not have a fitted sheet on the bed. They used a top sheet for the fitted sheet. The place was pretty and was clean. I just didn't feel like it was worth the money I paid for it.

Summary: Lovely hotel, lovely stay, lovely staff. They were always smiling and friendly. My favorite was Brandon the bartender on the rooftop bar. He was amazing. Oh and the pretzels from the bar menu were the best we have ever tasted. Highly recommend.
