Welcome to "Moonta Bay Escape".
Moonta Bay Escape is perfectly located just a short stroll from the Beach, Moonta Bay Jetty and Splash Town Water Park.
A freshly renovated and beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom house ideally suited to your family seaside getaway.
The main bedroom is roomy and features a cosy queen bed, a mirrored dresser and hanging space for clothing and personal items.
The second bedroom features a single over double bunk bed and a trundle bed sleeping a maximum of four. Cube storage with drawers and hanging space is provided for clothing and personal items.
The house features a stylish and inviting 2 way bathroom and a separate toilet.
Lounge/dining room and both bedrooms each feature split air conditioning systems that will keep you comfortably cool in summer and wonderfully warm in winter.
The kitchen is well equipped, featuring an electric stove and range hood, Nespresso coffee machine (some pods supplied) and a selection of Teas.
Living room features a comfortable modular lounge, 65" TV with integrated Netflix (BYO a/c details) and FTA TV, Chromecast and a DVD/surround sound system with a selection of DVD movie titles. Or you may choose to relax and recline in the cosy reading (or napping!) nook.
Laundry features a washing machine, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner.
Free WIFI is provided.
A hard wired smoke detector is fitted.
The detached games room/3rd bedroom features a dart board and sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2, and conveniently has an adjacent toilet with hand wash basin.
A Weber Family Q gas BBQ/Grill is provided for outdoor cooking.
Bath towels, tea towel, pillows (with protectors and covers), mattress protectors and fitted bottom sheets are included and provided at no extra cost.
Optionally, we can also provide you with quilts, quilt covers and top sheets for an additional $15 per bed.

Summary: Great home very welcoming & comfortable.Everything was clean, beds comfy & plenty of room in the home.Outside games room was great for our adult daughter to have her own space with the sofa bed that she said was comfortable. Even though got hot a tower fan was provided & we took an extra fan with us after Frank communicated with us.5 minute walk to jetty, great area, quiet & easy to find & close to surrounding towns.Frank was a great communicator & made things simple.A fantastic host & fantastic home, we couldn’t fault.Thank you
