Positive: Moors Rest was the perfect location for our family to meet up for a special birthday gathering. The size of the property easily accommodated 9 of us on the day - the hosts even loaning us additional chairs so we could sit everyone around the table. The space was great, the rear garden was very private - we were able to let the dogs into this area during the day. The kitchen is well equipped and the island was extremely useful for all the food and drink etc. Although there are only really two parking spaces, again the lovely hosts allowed us to park a third car in their own space, which was very helpful. The property is so near lots of amenities in the local town of Fakenham and we did use the Waitrose at the end of the road. We were not using the property as a base as this was a very specific visit, but it is in the ideal location for exploring Norfolk.

Positive: Excellent location for all the bird watching sites and coastal towns in the area.Also near Fakenham with wide range of shops and places to eat. Friendly and helpful host on hand. Good reception and well appointed with large tv, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two ovens, fridge and extra worktop freezer. All on one level so great for those with mobility issues.
Summary: Vale for money, great location, friendly host, well appointed property.
