Positive: The stunning views and the tranquil quiet area were gorgeous. Lots to see and do.

Negative: The access to the lower garden was inconvenient, especially with other guests in the lower floor. We chose instead to walk the dog on the farm track. The garden. Provided was down stairs and over lawn, so not really accessible for granny. And not private.

Positive: The house is comfy and perfect for a busy weekend in Wales. The views from the house are stunning. Location was perfect, nice and close to Porthmadog, Portmeirion and gorgeous beaches. The size of the property was perfect for the number of guests. Rooms were lovely and spacious and amenities were all there as required such as hairdryer, iron etc Would definitely recommend booking

Negative: Some things such as no hand wash and minimal toilet roll were things I expect, but easily rectified as shop not very far

Positive: Location and views were fantastic, just across from Portmeiron. Apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Negative: Communal gardens werent obvious. We didnt actually realise which parts were communcal till latter half of the week as there were no clear signs, it wasnt till we stumbled across a bit of paper in the information folder. Communal gardens weren't really suitable for children as it was behind overgrown greenery which meant they werent visible from the apartment but we were out most of the day so it didn't matter.

Summary: A lovely week in Wales with accommodation that suited and met our needs

Positive: exceptional location, with lovely view across the water to Portmerion. Spacious and clean house, altogether charming. Close to gentle walks on either mudflats or over the hills- excellent spot for children and adults

Positive: Great location, beautiful views, lovely, large, homely house.

Negative: it was very cold when we got there and smelt slightly of damp. That was soon rectified by putting on the heating and making a fire. Very cold the first night - I think we may have been the first family staying after a while of standing empty. Really loved the house but probably needs a bit of a renovation - lots of wear and tear on the property. The sash windows were slightly unsafe as they didn’t stay open and slid down with a crash on their own suddenly. just letting you know these things we had a fantastic holiday at Mor Edrin - loved it!
