Positive: Location is ideal.. don't let the no parking put you off because the host sends you a message where to park just a 3 min walk away. Restaurant only 6 feet away that also has live music nights. The Huge breakfast that is delivered to your door every morning.
Negative: Me being picky but could do with a larger work surface for when preparing your meals.
Summary: A Hidden Gem in the Old Town.

Positive: Very clean, cozy and beautiful place, located in the old town. The owner very friendly, he showed us the parking and took us to the hotel. The room excellent clean, tidy and cozy with a fireplace. location romantic, our suite Beautiful Elena was with a view to the river, which was very romantic.We also had a table on the veranda with two chairs. Breakfast was rich and tasty.Location is top if you would like to explore the old town and very close to the center. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant and a coffee shop.Worth time and money. I highly recommend to visit! We will be back! Thank you for making us feel special!

Positive: Great location in the center of kakopetria. Breakfast was nice.
Negative: The room wasn't clean. Needs renovation especially the bathroom. Very noisy, we could hear the people from the upstair room walking and making noise. Also the room is across of a restaurant and also there is too much noise from there.

Positive: Basic but clean room, with an excellent shower. There is no reception desk, and I never met a staff person, but we communicated by WhatsApp, and the key was left in the door for me when I arrived. Breakfast was delivered in a basket and put in the small fridge in the room each morning long – it was basic but acceptable, with slices of bread, meat, cheese, tomato, and a cucumber. My room had its own private patio on the hillside outside my room, with a table and two chairs overlooking a wooded ravine and the hills on the other side long – it was a wonderful place to sit for breakfast in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening.
Negative: Nothing.
