Positive: Location is amazing, in the country side but not too far from main attractions. Facilities are great, modern kitchen and many games, activities and books for children and adults. Hot tub with view over the field where rabbits, deer, and birds can be seen. A car is definitively needed but there is ample parking space and EV charger. Sarah and Ian are great hosts and always ready to help. The threats waiting for us were much appreciated. We would definitely want to return and we recommend booking this if available.
Negative: Everything was fantastic.

Positive: Nice location and facilities, Sarah and Ian very welcoming and responsive to orientation questions. good to be able to walk to village in 30 mins for newspapers, supplies and pub, along the back lanes and footpaths. luxury hot tub watching rabbits and listening to swallows and greenfinches, and pheasant.
