Summary: Location, comfort, and graciousness from the host in accommodating my needs for a family emergency. Beds are VERY comfortable, the rooms are kept at a good temperature. Not a fan of the spiders but it’s an old house in upstate New York, I don’t think much can be done about that. It was a very traumatic trip for my family and Dennis made our stay as seamless as possible. Thank you so much!

Summary: I've now stayed here twice in the past few months. It's a great property and close to my family. The owner and his staff are Fantastic to work with and the neighborhood has tons of spots to walk to. 100% positive experience and our family and friends intend to stay here when we are getting together in Baldwinsville, Radisson, Liverpool.

Summary: Very comfortable and spacious house. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is basically appointed. Not sure I'd want to cook large meals in it. Very very close walking to B'ville center, locks, and canal. Highly recommend.

Summary: Lovely older home in a really nice little town. Could walk to many restaurants and some shopping. A canal lock close by that was very interesting to watch in action. House is updated nicely and pretty well equipped. One bed was very hard and there were a lot of little spiders, but think that comes with an older home. Our family including our dog enjoyed our stay here.
