Summary: Excellent in all respects but two. (1) The exercise room is pretty unimpressive compared to the rest of the hotel. At Notre Dame, one expects a more complete facility. 2. The hotel does not have a casual dining facility--the main dining room is superb, but it is quite pricy.

Summary: The hotel and most of the staff was excellent. My only issue is that I booked the hotel through a third party (hotels.com) and was charged again when I checked in. After noticing this and bringing it to the attention of the front desk, it still hadn't been addressed when I went to check out. The next person I talked to said she'd fix it, but it took almost a week to get straightened out. It should not have taken that long.
