This property makes a perfect location for a family holiday or short break whatever the season. The area offers a myriad of activities including beautiful country walks, fishing, golf, sailing and kayaking on the River Dee in Llangollen, which is also home to a steam railway and horse-drawn narrow boat rides. Chester and Shrewsbury are both easily accessible, as are Chirk and Powis Castle (National Trust). Shop, pub and restaurant 0.25 miles.

Summary: We chose to spend Xmas here, Mandy is lovely and nothing is too much.. the coach house itself is beautiful! And well equipped! Literally has everything you could need! Lovely stroll into the village has all the shops you would need snd the Indian takeaway is a must! Summary: We had a lovely 2 week stay with our boys and puppy. The house was great for our two boys with autism, particularly the enclosed outdoor space and the layout of the bedrooms. They loved having their own en suites. The hot tub was also a massive hit. I personally loved the big stand alone bathtub! The hosts were lovely, helpful and welcoming. Great location for a wonder into the village centre. We were also well placed for visiting some lovely national trust properties that were bookable due to covid. Summary: Great weekend break for our girls get together annual trip! . Beautiful house & fabulous hot tub! The owners were welcoming & helpful without any way being intrusive. Beautiful area & small town only 10 minutes walk away. We had a night out on the Saturday & attended a private party at a bar called ’ the vault’ locals were so welcoming!! Sooo glad we chose this cottage for our weekend xx definitely recommend x
