Negative: No mugs in the kitchen, no sugar, very complicated instructions for recycling with two little garbage bags available, no hooks in bathrooms to put robes or towels on, the second bedroom is very small with small beds, couldn’t lock the smaller bathroom, no chairs in bedrooms
Summary: Pleasant but would not come back. The place has to be upgraded and some ambience added to it

Positive: modern, beautiful, big !! We had 6 people, 4 stayed in a near by 2 bed, 2 bath unit that was smaller in the living/dining. We bought from the Reialto market and wined and dined in this unit. the social area was hugh. We planned it this way
Negative: Few elevators are possible in Venice, but it was manageable
Summary: modern, big, great location, a once in a lifetime adventure, a bargain over hotels

Positive: The apartment itself was nice and spacious, and reasonably clean, although the toilet needs to be bleached to clean and remove the stains. There was a nice view from the windows and the rooms were comfortable. The host was fairly responsive, whenever I had WiFi to contact her.
Negative: The main issues were: 1. It was on the 3rd floor with no lifts, with heavy suitcases it was a struggle to get to the apartment. This I think should be mentioned in the description because if you have heavy bags, small children, need assistance etc this is not an apartment for you. 2. There was no WiFi, whist this is mentioned in the description.......if you look carefully, however for me WiFi should be standard and expected that you do not tend to look for whether it is not available, again as I mentioned it was stated and I didn't see it as it was on the next page for the facilities or description, but I think a good apartment needs to have this available. 3. As it is an apartment, and it is in a very small remote town, most people would tend to make their own dinner, however we found that the the apartment did not cater too well if you wanted to cook your own food in terms of the available crockery and utensils. There was not even a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine. 4. As there was no internet/WiFi the TV only had terrestrial channels, however one just stopped working whilst watching the Champions League match.
