As I said, space, comfort, cleanliness, helpfulness, accessibility to the city center. Positive: We had a lovely welcome and the place was a good size. There were a couple of quirky pieces of art and furniture which we loved. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome. The communication from the host was extraordinary as he answered back promptly and gave lots of information and help when needed.

Negative: The kitchen and lounge were communal that could have taken away from the experience but we were lucky that no one else was there on the night so there was nothing we didn’t like.

Summary: Fantastic place and a great welcome.

Positive: We stayed as a family of four and the apartment we had was perfect. The communal area was full of wonderful touches which the children - and us! - really enjoyed and appreciated. And Lorenzo and the team were extremely helpful and focused on ensuring we had a great stay. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious and it was very convenient to have the luggage store available. The location was great and we travelled everywhere on foot to make the most of the city during our stay.

Positive: Lorenzo was a fantastic host, very responsive to reply our queries. Great location close to metro station, comfy beds & clean! Plenty of restaurants around & it’s in a nice nhood

Negative: Would be great if there’s a bag storage facility nearby if you arrive early morning in Milan Bags can be deposited only 11am onwards. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay & explore Milan

Positive: Excellent location, lots of space for a family of 4, Lorenzo (host) was lovely and the apartment was full of food and drinks for us.

Negative: Our apartment was on the first floor so had to carry up our suitcases a couple of flights of stairs (but it really wasn’t bad!!)
