Positive: The house was perfect for our family of 8. The location was outstanding, right in the heart of town. It was very clean, and had a lovely patio and a very nice coffee machine. Do not be worried about wiring money; it's legitimate! The owner met us there and gave us the keys; she was very nice.

Negative: As is typical in Europe, don't count on air conditioning. The evenings cooled down nicely, but the very top floor loft was pretty hot as it didn't have windows. There was a mobile a/c unit on the main living area but it wouldn't have helped the loft area. Also be aware that there a lot of stairs, so it's not for elderly/disabled people.
