Summary: My stay was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and there was dog hair throughout the hallway. The smell of smoke was noticeable as soon as I walked in. Even worse, there was dog urine on the entryway floor. Loud dogs barking.The drywall near the sink was damaged and torn off. This property needs significant attention to cleanliness and maintenance

Summary: TL;DR: If you are looking for a clean, cheap, safe, and discreet place to stay while shopping or visiting, this is a great option. If you are looking for an upscale place that will impress, with a pool and stuff to entertain the kids, look elsewhere. I have stayed here many times now, as it is the least expensive safe hotel in Eau Claire. For those thinking about booking here, here's the skinny. Pros: It's clean (except for glass on outside doors), pets stay free, the staff is good, it's in a great location with lots of walkable restaurants and such, it's right across from the hospital, it has lots of parking, and the AC is fantastic. Cons: it's not the quietest (but not loud), it's a little dilapidated, the hallways tend to have a weedy aroma, and the landscaping leaves something to be desired.

Summary: Outdoor trash cans FULL. Updated room however wall paper peeling off bath wall. Air conditioner not working properly. Steps too short and no railings. Felt somewhat unsafe with Old Jaguars & Mercedes Benz and vehicles that have been in collisions recently in parking lot. Excellent Customer Service!

Summary: The night front desk worker Arzu was very helpful. He found us a room on the first floor. The property was very dirty. All trash cans were overflowing. Lots of cigarette butts littered along the exits. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Summary: There are no handrails leading up to second floor no elevator. There is no breakfast and no coffee maker in the room. Stairs for seniors are terrible.
