Summary: MY ROOM HAD A STRONG CIGARET SMELL MY DAUGHTER IN LAWS REFRIDGE DIDN'T WORK AND MY GRAND DAUGHTER IS DIABETIC MY ROOM DIDN'T HAVE ONE ALSO THE WASHER AND DRYER WERE NOT HOOKED UP POOL AND HOT TUB NOT IN SERVICE

Summary: Housekeeping did a very poor job of tidying the room before not check in…there were no pillows but pillowcases were available in the room…there was dog food on the floor and dog hair along with human hair everywhere in the room. I was uncomfortable literally!!
