Positive: Serine and quiet location . Beautiful old buildings. Although the menu was basic, the food was very nice, and the restaurant pleasant as was the staff.

Negative: Not sure if my message was taken into consideration, I requested twin beds and we got a double. To top it up we were given a room on the thirty floor. My friend and I are 76 yrs old and although we’re fairly fit, the stairs taking us to our room made it difficult after a full day of visiting. (Just wondering if the information given when signing up with booking.com eg. age of customers, is available to the hosts). I did bring it to the attention at reception and they did offer another room. We declined as we had already unpacked our bags.

Positive: Nice comfortable room and big bathroom. Breakfast was basic but nice ... amazing bread and plant milk. Great parking. Beautiful setting.

Negative: Bath and shower (in bath) without shower screen / curtain. Badly designed sink. Breakfast was basic.

Negative: Food was very ordinary, th restaurant and, particularly the bar were cold and cheerless. Spa on a platform high above the river which obscured the view if you were not in the Spa.

Positive: I had a great stay at this place! The location is fantastic peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice with a good selection. The jacuzzi area was a highlight, offering a beautiful view of the lake. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and enjoy nature.
