Song Bird Ranch is located on Mount Baldy, BC, Canada, The property is only 12 km below Baldy Mountain Ski Resort, offering winter enthusiasts a great place to stay. Onsite snowshoe trails to enjoy, Nordic trails only 20 minute drive to access. Property is accessible from Bridesville, BC or Oliver, BC. Our location allows our guests to enjoy the best of the Okanagan Valley, the Boundary Country and Baldy Mountain Ski Resort.

This 1-bedroom non-smoking vacation rental is located on a ranch setting, giving skiers, nature lovers and hunters privacy, beautiful views of wetlands, birds, and wildlife, all in the comfort of a private carriage house.
The carriage house has a fully equipped kitchen, 3-piece bathroom c/w linens and hair dryer, laundry facilities, master bedroom with Queen Bed c/w bedding, wardrobe, and desk, dining area, living room with a Queen chest Murphy bed, WiFi, private parking, propane BBQ and a private outdoor fire pit.
Song Bird Ranch is dog friendly however, for the safety of our animals, an application for prior approval is required.
There is also an additional pet cleaning fee.
During the winter season when not skiing at Baldy Mountain Resort or snowshoeing the marked trails located on our property you can enjoy bird watching, taking in the Mountain Chickadees and the very inquisitive, and bold Gray Jays also nicknamed the Whiskey Jack. The White Tail deer and moose can also be spotted on the property all year round.
During the summer season, the property has 75 acres to explore, offering birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts lots to watch and enjoy. In the late spring to late summer the ranch is overwhelmed with the Redwing Black Birds that migrate to nest in the wetlands, filling the air with their song. There are also many Pine Siskins that feed from your hands. The Wilson Snipe also migrate to nest in the wetlands, offering amazing sounds as they feed.

Summary: The Song Bird Ranch is indeed a mountain hidden gem in the Boundary county. Great location all year round, wonderful accomodation and amazing hosts. We spent one week at the beginning of August over there and we enjoyed the entire Boundary county and the Okanagan Valley. The Song Bird Ranch offers everything you need to have a great vacation time away by the busy life from the cities: gorgeous forest, wildlife, horses, birds, a cozy carriage house (with everything you need, including wifi) and of course, Rudniskis, the hosts :) If you want to reconnect with the wilderness don't look further, choose The Song Bird Ranch, you won't be disappointed. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Song Bird Ranch and want to come back again in the near future. The cottage is quiet, and very cosy. It was a perfect place for us to stay and such a great value. A kitchen with all the items you’d need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely highly recommend. Lara and her husband was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs and requests.

Summary: Staying at this property offers a true opportunity to relax. Everything you need is there and the hosts are very welcoming and committed to making your stay perfect! We stayed here because of the proximity to family we were visiting but saw that there were many opportunities for other activities. Summary: What a great spot out in nature! Song bird ranch was very easy to find and sits on the front corner of a property that gives you decent privacy. This place has everything you could want - a great kitchen, fire pit, glass shower, washer and dryer, and the comfiest bed! It’s a very cosy spot!
