Negative: House was a little hard to find, there could be clearer instructions on where the long driveway is.

Positive: Everything was perfect at this lovely place — if you're planning a South Island trip, you should definitely stay here!
Negative: The entry key code was not provided at the expected time. Although we initially received a message, the boarding pass link had been removed. When we arrived at the property, we had to call the hotline several times. It was a very cold day, and after 4–5 calls, someone finally returned our call and sent the key code. This was a very unpleasant and stressful experience for us.

Positive: The views were amazing. A very relaxing place to stay. Very clean and tidy and comfortable.
Negative: A bit dearer than I would have liked but a wonderful stay. The cleaning fee seemed a bit expensive considering we left it clean and tidy. There didn't seem to be any wheelie bins for our use.

Positive: The accomodation was amazing! Great value for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room within the house. Facilities were great. The lake view was amazing too! Walk out the door, down the grass and you’re at the lake.

Positive: Beautiful house that is truly lakeside and perfect for an extended family group.
Negative: The "passport" initially requiring me to send a photo of my ID to the host, and the communication around arranging a late check-out. You request it through the host's website and I did not receive a response even up to an hour before check out. Had to call them and the first person who answered didn't know how to process the request, said they would call me back, but didn't and I called back 10 mins before check out time. Made the $50 I paid for late check out less valuable given how I had to get ready to leave while waiting for confirmation
