Summary: Great house! Everyone was pleasantly surprised when we arrived, the pictures really don't do justice to how large and beautiful the house is, particularly the downstairs living room/kitchen area. The backyard is also massive. The two master bedrooms are very large as well, and the other bedrooms were spacious as well. House is very clean, feels new, and central air conditioning controlled by Nest was great for the summer heat! Plenty of cookware and utensils, double oven, plus the grill meant we had no problem cooking for a large group. Plenty of bathrooms as well, no issues there. Lisa was super communicative and responsive, was able to answer all my questions with ease, and accommodate any issues we had such as early arrivals. The only (very minor) things to be aware of... these were NOT problems, just something I felt should be included in the house documentation: -Bring your own charcoal if you plan to use the grill, it's not a gas grill (and a lighter) -Bring your own firewood for fire pit as well as anything you think you need to get fire going -Bring laundry detergent as well if you plan on washing clothes/towels -I think you need to bring an AUX cord to play music in the main living room (though admittedly I didn't ask Lisa about how it might work otherwise)

Summary: The house had everything we needed. We were big family for a wedding nearby and the house was perfect for our needs. wish we had more time to enjoy there.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. We had a large group with a mix of adults and kids and the accommodations were perfect and the house was incredibly clean. The backyard was great for playing lawn games and for the kids to run around. Having the creek nearby was also an added bonus. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: We had 4 families staying here and there was more than enough space for everyone. Oftentimes people end up annoyed when they don’t get the master bedroom. There are actually 2 master bedrooms here, and the remaining bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and with separate bathrooms. It’s about 20 minutes away from Windham but not difficult to get there at all. John the owner was very responsive.

Summary: This was a perfect space for a family gathering. The wide open downstairs area, with a fabulous kitchen space, large dining room table, and beautiful living area meant we could all be with each other while still also be able to do our own thing, whether it was cook, play games, watch TV or just sit by the fireplace and read. We had a great time and have wonderful memories.

Summary: We were a party of 24 (10 adults and 14 children). The house had a lot of space. 16 persons slept on the beds and 8 children on the air mattresses. We had a lot of fun! The house was cleaned. The owner responded rapidly to our inquiries. Great backyard for the children to play!

Summary: The cabin was perfect for our group of 19 people. There was more than enough space for all of us to sleep and also large living space. The backyard was huge and we could play ball. The owner was very quick in giving response and very helpful. The only downside (for the lack of the better word) is that there was a charcoal grill and not a gas grill. It took us a long time to turn the grill on (our lack of experience, perhaps) but overall it was a great place. The music system in the living room was AMAZING

Summary: A group of 13 adults and two kids under two stayed here for a weekend. Although it rained and we couldn't enjoy the outdoors much, we still had plenty of space to hang out inside. The place feels put together and clean. The central air is a great feature. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The owner was easy to contact, helped with our questions, and everything went well. We'd love to stay again!

Summary: This lovely, large house and yard was one of the best settings in our 11 years of family reunions. The house is clean, has the best selection of kitchen utensils, and a very responsive owner. The rainy week raised the water in the area's creeks where we found lots of places to play.
