Summary: This property was just about perfect. Lots of light and spectacular mountain views. We had one minor issue and host was instantly responsive and problem was quickly solved. Property was close to town and was clean and modern. We did not cook any meals but easily could have. Kitchen was well well equipped. Highly recommend this property and this host.

Summary: Road trip with my sister and this place was perfect for us! Kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you might need plus more! We enjoyed using the outdoor grill with the beautiful views and sunset skies! Dunes and Zapata Falls near by and worth it! Would love to come again!

Summary: We had a beautiful stay. This property had absolutely everything we could have wanted for a quiet getaway. From the brand new construction to the small details like quality fans in every room, it felt so welcoming and relaxing. The two bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house, so there is plenty of space not to hear someone, even if they are the loudest snorer! I loved the seating in the back with a spectacular view, though I would definitely suggest NOT using the little fire pit! It really should not be there- the whole valley is a tinderbox and often has a total fire ban. I hope the owners consider removing that for everyone's safety. I also loved how close it was to the Ashram. I will definitely be staying here the next time I need a retreat.

Summary: Amazing views as you approach the house. Easy locks to use for entry. How was clean and had a bunch of utensils. Rooms and bathrooms were super nice. Recommendations are for the north facing room to get blackout curtains. That sun is fierce early.

Summary: Perfect home base for visiting Great Sand Dunes. Super comfortable and everything you need is provided. Was able to cook dinner and breakfast easily. We also enjoyed the backyard space and the views are gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again!
