Positive: The staff were, without exception, lovely friendly & helpful. The spa was fantastic, especially after a day on the slopes. Apartment had everything we needed. No worries about hanging around for late pickup.. storage for luggage in ski room & fabulous spa to enjoy!

Negative: Only small criticism would be that the lighting in the apartment could be improved upon. Either you have overhead bright lights or dark. A standard lamp or table lamp in the living area would perfect it.

Summary: Fabulous stay in a fab apartment and lovely spa to use after skiing.

Positive: Apartment was nice and well equipped. Spa was relaxing and clean. We liked the shuttle service to the lifts and the staff was very helpful all the time.

Negative: We would have hoped for cleaning of the apartment at least once during the week. With 6 people living in there it started to get dirty even if we tried to clean with what equipment we had available.

Summary: Very nice holiday overall and I would come again

Positive: The room was absolutely perfect. Super roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was comfortable enough for a group of 6 friends. The staff was super friendly and helped with everything we needed! They let us use the facilities even when we had checked out.

Negative: The location is Abit up hill and far from the main city. But getting by with buses and there is a shuttle going from the hotel to the loft
