Positive: This place is absolutely stunning, with unreal ocean and Mountain View’s. It feels peaceful the moment you arrive, quiet, scenic, and really well looked after. The location is great too, with beautiful hiking trails nearby and easy access to Nanaimo’s restaurants, cafés, and shops. Inside, the space is bright, comfortable, and just a genuinely lovely place to hang out. The kitchen has everything you need if you’d rather cook, and eating on the balcony with those views is such a treat. It’s calm, beautiful, and honestly just a wonderful place to stay.

Positive: Overall cleanliness, everything looks new. The kitchen was very well furnished with everything we needed, same with the bathroom. The bedroom is super comfy and it was nice to have a big TV in there. The QR code with all the information about the house was very easy to navigate and made it easy to figure out how to use the appliances that weren’t 100% intuitive (curtains, outside firepit and coffee machine). The location is great, you feel far from town but really it’s only 5-10 minutes away from everything you need. The view is hard to beat, we enjoyed a sunset outside and it was perfect!
Negative: I can’t think of anything! :-)

Positive: Lisa’s place exceeded my (admittedly high) expectations. Perched above town, it offers breathtaking views—(especially at sunrise or while relaxing by the fire pit with a drink in hand). The suite was SPOTLESS, modern, and exceptionally well equipped, with a kitchen far better stocked than most Airbnbs that I’ve been to, and a bed that’s actually incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful hiking trails that lead to even more incredible landscapes. Lisa is a fantastic host—warm, attentive, and quick to respond, offering thoughtful recommendations that truly enhance the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and we appreciated how quiet and serene the setting was (while still being close to town). I can’t recommend this place highly enough—an easy 11 out of 10, and I will definitely be back!

Positive: This is an exceptional beautiful, well maintained and clean apartment. Lisa is very friendly and available for questions and help. The view from the terrace is stunning. Highly recommended. Nanaimo is a short drive away with all its restaurants and shops. The kitchen is great with everything you need. The location is very central for exploring Vancouver Island.

Positive: Absolutely amazing accommodation. Stayed in 5 airbnbs during our roadtrip and this was by far the best! Facilities and cleanliness both top notch quality. Extremely spacious and cosy, and the views from outside the property are incredible. Lisa was very attentive and ensured we were ok without being bothersome. The location is only a quick drive to Lantzville and an easy location to travel further north or south. Thank you Lisa for letting us stay!!!
Negative: Have nothing to say, the stay was fantastic. Worst part was having to take suitcases up the stairs to the car but that's a free gym workout!
