Positive: Lisa’s place exceeded my (admittedly high) expectations. Perched above town, it offers breathtaking views—(especially at sunrise or while relaxing by the fire pit with a drink in hand). The suite was SPOTLESS, modern, and exceptionally well equipped, with a kitchen far better stocked than most Airbnbs that I’ve been to, and a bed that’s actually incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful hiking trails that lead to even more incredible landscapes. Lisa is a fantastic host—warm, attentive, and quick to respond, offering thoughtful recommendations that truly enhance the stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and we appreciated how quiet and serene the setting was (while still being close to town). I can’t recommend this place highly enough—an easy 11 out of 10, and I will definitely be back!

Positive: This is an exceptional beautiful, well maintained and clean apartment. Lisa is very friendly and available for questions and help. The view from the terrace is stunning. Highly recommended. Nanaimo is a short drive away with all its restaurants and shops. The kitchen is great with everything you need. The location is very central for exploring Vancouver Island.
Negative: Watch out for the last step of the stairs down

Positive: Absolutely amazing accommodation. Stayed in 5 airbnbs during our roadtrip and this was by far the best! Facilities and cleanliness both top notch quality. Extremely spacious and cosy, and the views from outside the property are incredible. Lisa was very attentive and ensured we were ok without being bothersome. The location is only a quick drive to Lantzville and an easy location to travel further north or south. Thank you Lisa for letting us stay!!!
Negative: Have nothing to say, the stay was fantastic. Worst part was having to take suitcases up the stairs to the car but that's a free gym workout!

Positive: This place is nothing short of the word stunning. The residence is an architectural masterpiece with the ocean views being the icing on the cake. The suite itself is so well equipped for any possible need a visitor could need you will be wondering why you packed anything extra at all. We were travelling our 11 month old daughter who loved all the kids dishes and cutlery she got to use as well as have lots of space to move around the suite. All the appliances are top tier and the place was very clean. I felt like I could have stayed in that suite for a month and it would have been effortless. The hosts are amazing and had all the communication details down pat without any need for clarification regarding anything in the suite. Considering they are a busy family with kids you don’t feel like you are attached to that house at all with how quiet and private it is. That feeling of relaxation while having a cup of coffee out on the patio looking at the ocean in the morning was the exact experience I hoped for while on vacation. This suite is a 20 out of 10 place to stay and I will be coming back again.
Negative: There was nothing I would change about this place at all.

Positive: The suite was wonderful and had everything we needed for a great stay, Lisa thought of everything. The surrounding area and view was amazing! The location was also super convenient, close enough to town (Nanaimo) for shopping, dinner out, and more. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
