The 2,056 square foot house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an array of solar panels to help with power. On the main floor of the house, you walk into a spacious living room with an open kitchen plan and tall vaulted ceilings. Speaking of lighting, there is no shortage of natural light filling this house. Large windows, including three floor-to-ceiling windows, let in a great amount of natural light while letting you take in all the amazing views of colorful Colorado! The kitchen features two large skylights, plenty of cabinets for storage, and a bar-height countertop island easy for breakfasts and snacks. Also, on the main floor is a double-sided fireplace one side facing the living room and the other side facing an adjacent bonus room! Turn it into an office, library, or movie room! All 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located on the lower level of the house. However, just because it's the lower level doesn't mean you'll lose any of the incredible views or natural light. Summary: The property wasn't particularly clean but nothing could prevent us from enjoying our stay here and the views that were provided. The house was well stocked but missing a hair dryer and back up rolls of toilet paper. It got a bit hot during our time here. Added fans/ventilation would be helpful in the summer. There is room for improvement, but DO NOT miss your chance to stay here.

Summary: The views from this property were breathtaking. Our group of 4 had a very comfortable stay, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The host was very responsive when needed, we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This property has absolutely Amazing views of the mountains! I was reluctant to rent, due to no reviews. So this is why I am leaving my review. The check-in process was simple. Although, after entering the house, we had questions. Tried to contact the property manager.....Francois Saber, through message & phone calls. Did Not respond or answer my calls all three nights of our stay. The house was not very clean, dirty dishes in the cabinet, pots & pans dirty, propane tank for outside firepit lasted 2 hrs. & then empty for the rest of our stay. Very, very limited kitchen supplies (pots, pans, dishes, silverware). Ice maker in fridge does not work. Toaster works sometimes. Empty pantry & fridge. They say there is air conditioning, but there is not. The beds were comfortable & the bathrooms were clean. Communication with renters & attention to detail need to be addressed. Would stay again, if all of these issues were addressed. The mountain view in itself is a 5 star!
