Positive: The house was clean and shared a lot of supplies. The location was great, a short drive to anywhere you want to go. Catalina Club and beaches were around the corner. Mogo zoo was a short 20minute drive away.
Negative: The rumpus room is separate to the other 4 bedrooms and required you access it from outside of the house.
Summary: The hosts were very communicative and friendly, the house is kept in great condition.

Positive: Big house, in a nice street. The house was very clean aside from a dirty pizza tray in the oven, which we found when we went to cook dinner. There was plenty of room for us as a family of four. The backyard gardens were beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of bench and storage space and all the appliances you could ever want. Both bathrooms were of a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The house is close to many lovely beaches and to all the amenities at Bateman's Bay and Batehaven
Negative: The house can fit 12 people yet there was only one older TV and it was not able to connect to any streaming services. This needs to be looked at because if you are affected by wet weather, as we were, you need to able to watch a movie of your choice. We had the keys yet we were unable to access the gym/rumpus room due to the keys being very stiff no matter which way we tried them the door to downstairs would not open. The lounge in the TV room is uncomfortable and would be better served by the furniture in the sitting room. The listing said it had air-conditioning but that is only in the kitchen/living room. We were there in very hot weather and the fans in the bedrooms and sitting room were not enough.
Summary: Very nice, lovely home. Could do with a few updates.

Positive: I'd recommend this a magnificent house to anyone very clean tidy, with a dishwasher,BBQ, washing machine, A great formal dinner table where we were all able to eat together With beautiful garden's front and back, A great price A very spacious house Thank you for allowing us enjoy your beautiful home
