My late father, Edward Quintana and many friends & family helped to complete the construction, built this home in 1958. It is a very special home - fully remodeled in 2009. My parents cound not afford new furniture back in 1960, they elected to have many pieces hand made by an unknown crafter from Chimayo, New Mexico. We have added newer pieces, providing a comfortable and welcoming stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is amazingly close to all of the attractions that make Santa Fe so unique. We wanted a space with lots of natural light and warm and inviting rooms that would also be ADA compliant. This vacation rental incorporates a lot of art from local artists, including carvings from Ben Ortega, paintings from Vallie Weingarten, Sebastian Picker, and water colors by Ann Marie Trapp. One stay and your too will appreciate the wonderful aspects that this special Santa Fe home has to offer. Sorry we can no longer accept pets.

Summary: We wanted a place to settle for a month or so within walking distance of the Plaza AND the pickleball courts at Fort Marcy Rec. Great experience with the owners and a lovely 2 bedroom unit to watch the sun set after many hiikes and pickleball sets.

Summary: This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe. It's convenient for walks to the Plaza and about a mile from Canyon Rd which I found to be a very enjoyable walk. I was by myself for some of the visit and felt safe in this home and neighborhood. The kitchen has high quality appliances, cookware, etc. which made it easy to cook meals when I wanted. The other furnishings in the house are very comfortable. The sunsets on the back deck are unbeatable. Communication with the hosts was great (they live downstairs with a separate entrance); at the same time they gave me complete privacy. I have no complaints and would rebook this site.

Summary: We loved our stay in this casita on a hill overlooking Santa Fe. There are amazing views of the city and sunsets from the deck. I’m an artist, and the beautiful art collection and hand crafted furnishings in the home made our stay even more enjoyable.

Summary: This little gem was my home for a month and I loved it. The owners are very respectful of your privacy but are available anytime you need them. The kitchen is well stocked with very nice “everything” you will need. Plus, you can do dishes in the evening and watch the sun set! You have a beautiful view of the sunsets from every room in fact. And outside the dining room window, a beautiful tree where hundreds of birds visit the feeder (not all at once) 😊 I had bunnies and deer visit the yard as well as a few dogs who were being walked by very friendly neighbors. You can walk to the plaza, or the park, or the Cross of the Martyrs and it’s a 5 minute drive to the great grocery stores nearby. Make sure to visit Ecco coffee on Marcy St. They’re the best. Thinking about what to write in this review is making me ‘homesick’ for Campana! You have all the details in the listing so I’ll just say, you can’t go wrong renting this place from Chris and Joseph. What you see in the listing is what you will find when you arrive. I hope I can stay again someday.

Summary: The North Hills VRBO home was a dreamy escape during my stay in December. True to its description, every detail of the house was considered, high quality, and beautiful. The views from every room of the home (even the shower!), were stunning, and the location itself was just a short and safe 10 minute walk to the square. The hosts were quick to communicate on every need or question, and the experience overall was incredibly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend this lovely home more.

Summary: My wife and I booked Christopher's place for the entire month of August. Christopher was incredibly accommodating, providing an extra table for both of us to work from the house while here and even bringing in a portable air conditioner due to the unseasonably hot temperatures. The house is very well set up for a long term stay, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and every cooking utensil you would need. The location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to dozens of restaurants in the center of town and just a short 15 minute drive up Artist road and you are in the middle of a mountain wilderness with endless hiking, mountain biking and picnic opportunities. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: My husband and I spent 2 wonderful winter months at Chris and Joseph’s lovely Santa Fe home before we were chased back home by COVID-19. It truly felt like our home away from home. The online photos just can’t do it justice. It was clean and comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. It was very nicely appointed, from the Santa Fe art on the walls to the wide selection of books on the shelves to the comfortable, locally made furniture. It seemed newly renovated and was very well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as we would at home… that is, when we weren’t tempted out by Santa Fe’s great restaurant scene. The location couldn’t be better: the street is quiet but it was very easy to walk to just about everything of interest in town. The mountain views and the sunsets were spectacular. Because we were there in the winter, the sun was setting about the time we ate dinner and we had a little competition for the best sunset viewing seat. We enjoyed the fireplace on colder days. Chris was a very responsive host, making sure we got settled and checking in periodically during our stay without being intrusive. If you have a chance to come to Santa Fe, DO. If you can stay here, perfect!

Summary: I can't say enough good things about this holiday home. When I was searching for a month-long rental in Santa Fe for the month of December, I was attracted by the price, pictures, and location. When I read the reviews, it seemed almost too good to be true, but I went for it. I held my breath as I walked through the front door...but it was even better than expected! The house is beautifully decorated, and such a comfortable size. The views are fantastic, and it truly is a short walk to the Plaza. A walk up to the Cross of the Martyrs became a routine for clearing my head and taking the beauty of the area. Chris and Joseph are ideal landlords: warm and friendly, helpful, and non-intruding. I hope to have another opportunity to stay in this home in the future.
