This two story home has lovely street appeal with its white picket fence and pretty front gardens exuding a fairytale charm and chalet style allure. Step through the double front doors and you will be wowed by the sense of space and light created by the lofty cathedral ceilings.
On this level you can enjoy the large family lounge room which flows onto the dining room, adjacent to the kitchen. Walk through the archway from the lounge room or kitchen and you’ll find yourself in the games room which features a built in bar and slate pool table. Also on this level are two large bedrooms (master with Queen size bed, and 2nd bedroom with 2 x single beds) serviced by a two way family bathroom. Sliding doors from the dining room and master bedroom lead out to a full length deck that offers amazing uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean, and the rolling hills of the Gold Coast hinterland. By night you can enjoy views of the twinkling lights of the Gold Coast skyline.
Upstairs you will find another one large bedrooms with Queen bed, also offering sitting areas for your private comfort. This level is serviced by another two way bathroom, a large double bedroom and a large living area which leads out to a second full length deck. You’ll think you are on top of the world!

Summary: It was such a lovely place for all of us of all ages. very beautiful place and the host kindly provide a series of useful setups. Unlikely other house using cheap linings, the beds, the matress, the cover are all very high-quality and comfy. The house is very big, even for 4 kids running around.

Summary: We chose this place to fit our family of 8 (7adults, 1 child). The house is stunning and has plenty of room to be together or to find your own space. It has everything you need to have a great time. We travelled to the Gold coast most days and is only about a 20 min drive. Tamborine Mountain has so much to visit as well. Check in and checkout was easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with and very lovely. We really appreciated the basket of goodies you left for us. The best thing by far about this place is the stunning views. The view is absolutely breathtaking and photos do not do it justice. Highly recommend this place whether you want to relax, visit theme parks or enjoy the local area.

Summary: Absolutely stunning property, the view was arguably the best available on the mountain. The property itself is just luxurious. We got in late and the check in process was simple and the house just gorgeous to explore. Comfy bed, beautiful place for photos and the communication, extra treats and kindness from the host has sealed the deal. We will definitely be back, possibly with some guests because this place can fit so many! We couldn't have had a more beautiful stay, thank you so much♡

Summary: Our group of eight friends (all over 65) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful property. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Upstairs bedrooms are enormous. It was such a pleasure just walking around the house enjoying all the wall hangings, paintings and other nic nacs. Then there is the view......sweeping views from one end of the Gold Coast to the other. Beautiful sunrises, mist in the valley and a full moon just for good measure! Thanks Kim and Tim for allowing us to spend some time here. Also thanks for the gift basket. One thing that could do with some attention is the driveway to the garage. Most of our vehicles scraped going in. Someone suggested a piece of timber may fix the problem. Kind regards, Jan.

Summary: We stayed four nights in this lovely Tambourine house. We loved everything the house was immaculate with lots of extras. The beds were very comfortable with crisp white sheets. The kitchen had lots of condiments and a lovely welcome basket. The location was fantastic with easy access both to the Tambourine village and the coast. Thank you to our hosts who were always very prompt with replying to our questions. Everything went without a hitch.

Summary: We were blown away by the home itself, the little extra inclusions (food items etc...), but most of all THE VIEW!! WOW!! Loan the host was exceptional and I wouod highly recommend this home to anyone interesting in visiting this area
