Positive: They have a wonderful host. They are helpful in every way and always smiling. The hotel is 1 minute from the ski slope and is also near the place for apres ski after skiing. There is a very useful storage where you can store your skis. If you do not have skis or if you are going to go off-piste, there is a sports shop under the hotel ready to rent skis and the prices are very reasonable. Astrid and Hermann do a great job.
Negative: Internet speed could be better.

Positive: Perfect place to stay for a ski trip with family or a group of friends. The gondola is right behind the hotel, and rental store in the lobby. Space is perfect and has everything you need to sleep and cook comfortable. The owners were incredibly nice, and made sure our stay was great! This will be my go-to place to stay when I go back to Kitzbuhel.

Positive: I highly recommend it. Everything was great, from the location right next to the cable car to the apartment and great householder. A very nice apartment, maybe not very big, but very cozy and with everything you need, including cosmetics in the bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. Ski room and parking right next to the apartment.

Positive: Right next to Wagstattbahn lift, only a minute walk to/from the slopes. Attention to details in facilities, and very friendly owners happy to help with any queries.

Positive: Location was perfect for access to kitzbuhel ski resort. Ski rentals were located on the bottom floor of the same building. A very good pub just a few steps up the hill. Gondola also just a few steps away. Grocery store is a short walk and the kitchen in the apartment had everything needed for us to cook breakfast every morning. Good restaurants within walking distance too
