Positive: The property is stunning and we had an amazing time. Emily and Derek went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional stay. There was so much space, the house is beautifully decorated and we couldn’t have asked for more from our stay!

Positive: Comfortable and cosy stay in winter. We booked for a gathering of friends and we had a lovely stay. The period house is fantastic, it is full of character, has interesting features, spotlessly clean, warm and well equipped. It is large and accommodated us all very comfortably, every room is generously sized. It is in a quiet area, with lovely views across the countryside. The host met us and was warm and welcoming. Fresh flowers and a generous hamper of goodies in the well stocked kitchen. One of the best houses I have rented, exceeded expectations, can't wait to return.

Positive: I like how spacious it is. Lots of rooms and each room has its own toilet and shower. Downstairs has a piano room, dining and sitting room. Location was very quiet and private.

Negative: Very minor detail really. They are still renovating the place so i can smell some fresh paint and concrete.

Positive: We were a group of friends on a weekend away and had an amazing stay at this country house. Very well equipped kitchen (including a welcome hamper), lovely outdoor BBQ area at back and sun room. Beds are very comfortable. Derek and Emily were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again - this place is a gem.
