Positive: Once you get over the alley to get to the apartment, the location is actually pretty nice. Located between Chinatown, Talad Noi and Chula, you only need to walk or take a grab for a few minutes to get to really nice places.

Positive: If you are sound sensitive like I am, then I would not recommend to book this. First the good part. Very helpful host, very nice big room and good placement. Everything we needed was there. My girlfriend gave max points. We lived in white. Photo is balcony view.
Negative: The bad thing is that there is 8 lanes of road very near. And exhausts in Thailand are not so quiet as they could be. On the other side a school yard and noisy neighborhood. So it's quite noisy all around the clock. I had to use earplugs to sleep. My girlfriend was totally OK without. So if you are sound sensitive, then don't book. If you are OK with some sound you will get good value for the money. The mattress is a bit hard for me.

Positive: It was a nice room, very local neighborhood, it was clean, fair for the price.
Negative: There was small missunderstanding with the rooms but it was solved quickly. The location is fine but the intersection nearby is terrible - it takes forever to cross it.

Positive: A very clean stylish small room in an area that’s very central and convenient. It’s nestled in a very authentic back street.
Negative: If you’re a solo female traveller the back alley the accommodation is in might be a bit intimidating at night.

Positive: The interior is beautiful. Well done with dark wood, beautiful fixtures and a nice touches all around. Getting in was easy and the host, who I saw accidentally was nice enough. The vendors outside were very warm, had great food for a small price and were the high point of my trip.
Negative: No real directions. Was told to be dropped off at a corner. Then what? Had to use maps to find the place. It's located within alleys. It's a real eye opener. The host could have told us how to get there. The unit itself is located between a highway overpass and the actual highway. The interior is set for westerners. The outside is pure inner city Bangkok in all its glory. Good for a day or two. Not a week. We left a day early. We couldn't take it anymore.
Summary: they did the best with what they had...can't change the outside...pricy for what it is
