Positive: Amazing family, the rooms are great, clean and comfortable, the location is great because it's in a side road so at night very quiet, we enjoyed staying there and we would definitely come back, highly recommend

Positive: The location, a separate room cabin right on the river was unique and exotic. The proprietors and his family were very helpful and accommodating. Delightful people really.
Negative: There was no room maintenance and frankly, no water or toiletries provided and the level of comfort and amenities was below my expectations. The bed was only moderately comfortable. The furnishings were non existent.
Summary: I would stay again.

Positive: It’s okay, the rooms are not the newest, the walls have stains all over but it was clean and the bed was comfortable, with clean sheets (besides the nasty ass mosquito net hanging over the bed) Shower has low pressure and so not much water is coming out, but they mounted a shower head which adds a significant amount of pressure, so that it hurts to use it. Location is a little away from the busy areas but with a couple good restaurants close by and if you rent a bike you can get all over the island in no time. So all in all it was okay, just the price was too high for what it is. Ah and obviously there’s some geckos entering the room from time to time, but they didn’t bother us and they snack mosquitos and flys chilling in the room so they’re very welcome to me

Positive: The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfy. On the balcony we also got a hammock and two chairs. The highlight is definitely the free bike hire that comes with the bungalows, they make exploring the surrounding area so easy and fun, definitely a highlight for us. Check in was easy, and there is a restaurant also at the site which has a decent menu. The location is good as you can be dropped off at the old French port, which is right outside. However most restaurants and shops are in the main town which is around a 20 minute walk away.
Negative: Unfortunately there were a lot of bugs in our room, including many geckos in the ceiling and multiple big cockroaches in the room. They didn’t cause us too much trouble but if you are afraid of bugs/insects then maybe avoid. We even stayed in the more solid building instead of the huts and still encountered them. Even so the positives of the stay far outweigh the negatives of a few bugs!
