Beautiful brick home with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, large living room / dining room combination, den with fireplace, and nice fully equipped kitchen. Sleeper sofa and foldaway cot. Beautiful backyard with 28' x 12' deck. Nice brick covered 24' x 26' carport. The home sits on 0.73 acres where you can sit under the trees in the backyard and read a book or just enjoy the quiet view.

Summary: We hadn't expected to make a trip to Martin for the weekend, but circumstances demanded it. I appreciated Debbie working with her team to get the house ready for us on short notice. The house was exactly what we needed in terms of space and location. It is clearly a well loved home and was quite comfortable. A couple of things of note: >Be sure to check the app for the key code - the active code was different than the one I initially received in early communications. >If you have asthma, allergies, or other conditions that are triggered by the presence of heavy room deodorizers, you may want to request that they be unplugged, tucked away, and the house aired out before arrival. We found at least 10 around the house and it was problematic for a couple of us. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would be happy to stay again if the opportunity arose.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. From the first time we stepped in the home, I could feel the peace from a home that has been filled with love and family. It is beautifully decorated with comfortable sitting room, large TV with multiple options for TV fans. Internet worked wonderfully, kitchen well supplied and has a cozy kitchen nook for dining as well a beautiful formal dining area for larger groups. Beds slept comfortably and many items throughout the home that added a special touch to the decor and personal feeling of caring by someone who has loved this home very well. And I must not forget the awesome back yard with a swing to enjoy, or a patio to enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in the crisp morning air. Such peace and totally stress free.Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to visit again.
