Just 37 km from Rockhampton, this delightful historic miner’s cottage is nestled into the hillside of the Mount Morgan ranges on a lovely secluded half acre block. Superb views, kangaroos & abundant birdlife.
Built in the heyday of the Mount Morgan gold mine, recent renovations have resulted in a lovely private getaway. 2 bedrooms, polished floors, wrap around decks, lounge, dining room & breakfast study.
Nature lovers? This retreat brings the outdoors indoors and is definitely for you!
The space
The home is newly renovated with brand new kitchen and bathroom. One queen bedroom and one double. Lounge, dining room and breakfast / study. A quirky outdoor camp kitchen and barbque area to enjoy an outdoor fire. There is a loo with a view and a bathtub beside the outdoor barby area. Built from recycled materials from original cottage.

The cottage sits on half an acre of bushland and lawns, with hardly a neighbour in sight. and next to no road traffic.
