Built in 1908, this home is one of the finest homes built and restored in Fruita! Five generations have enjoyed the company of friends and family in this home and now the original family welcomes you to enjoy it too!
Located in downtown Fruita across from festival central, this homes location cannot be beat! Just a half a block off of downtown, you are seconds away from Aspen Street Coffee, The Hot Tomato, Copper Club Brewing Company, Over the Edge Sports and Colorado Backcountry Biker (CBB). Just a half a mile away is the towns grocery store and Walgreens. You will be in the middle of it all!
Seven separate twin beds and one pull out couch ensure that you will not have to double up with your best buddy. If you are arriving with couples, we can accommodate that also by converting any two of the twins to a comfortable king bed. All mattresses are upgraded memory foam ensuring you will sleep in sweet slumber during your stay and both the downstairs and upstairs have been upgraded with their own A/C system to keep you cool during the warmer summer nights of Fruita.
A beautiful grass back yard with patio furniture and a BBQ grill await you after a long day playing outside. It is a wonderful place to enjoy your family and friends, throw a football and watch the sun set in the west.
As always with Fruita CrashPad, cable and wifi are included. In addition, a washer and dryer (laundry supplies provided) ensure your clothing is always fresh. We even have a clothesline for hanging needs. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and linens are also provided. Just bring your suitcase, groceries and your gear - we have taken care of the rest!

Summary: The location was great, right downtown in walking distance to everything from food to shopping to coffee shops, even to the pharmacy, city park, gas station and grocery store. The house was perfect for our needs, the air conditioner worked great, but got hot at night as it was set to night and day temps. Short drive to the Colorado National Monument, which was great for hiking.

Summary: We stayed in Michelles home for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Michelle was proactive on communication and her home is comfy, clean and cozy. We were in town for a bike race and it was fun to have the start line 2 doors down...very convenient! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having 2 living rooms with tvs. It was great having town amenities within walking distance and would definetely stay at this home again!

Summary: We stayed for work. We needed to make some last-minute changes on check in and out dates and the host was very accommodating. Very close to downtown and dinner options. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Everything was clean and well put together. Hosts were very easy to get a hold of when we had an issue with the grill. The location could not have been better, close to a coffee shop and yummy smoothie truck. Will definitely stay here again, 100%!

Summary: Very nice little house that is well kept. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stoked for showers and making dinner. The house was very clean as well the only reason I did not give it a 5 star was there is a slight hint of either smoke or just muskiness but nothing to not enjoy the house.

Summary: This was a perfect spot for enjoying all that Fruita has to offer! The configuration of the house is best suited to friends and the location couldn't be better - right next to Hot Tomato Pizza + Best Slope Coffee. The shared spaces were also great to hang in the evenings, and to cook a meal or get some rest after a long day on the bike. Will certainly plan to come back again!
