Summary: The hallway was filthy and that was an immediate turn off, the room itself was fine, king bed, more modern but walking to our room in that hallway where the carpet was stained, food all over it, the lobby and non-existent restaurant was also very uninviting. You will definitely hear every truck, car 18 wheeler driving on that busy road that leads to and from Ouray. For one night it was okay but I can see why it was not busy. Also restaurants in Ridgway close by 8:30.

Summary: Hotel undergoing renovations, so price was reasonable. All staff I interacted with, in person and on phone, were excellent and kind.

Summary: Needs a table in the room - no place to eat when you order in. Also - Girl at the front desk - it was hard to get her off her cell phone to help you out. Absolutely loved the outside sitting area in the grass. Bummer the restaurant was closed Mon/Tues.

Summary: Room hardwood floor dirty. Left dirt, sand & pet hair on our feet. Needs vacuum & wet mop. Bed was not level. No breakfast on 9/25, “Sorry, restaurant closed” posted. The young lady working front desk on 9/25 morning had zero customer service. She appeared annoyed when asked a question as she had to try to look up from her cell phone. No thank you, good morning, Won’t be staying at this property again.
