Summary: The house was perfect, very clean, had a new feeling and it came with extras- fire pit and spices! We forgot it but the owner had plenty and it was much appreciated. It will be on my return list next time we go Flyfishing in north Georgia.

Summary: This home was perfect for our annual family getaway! Plenty of room for everyone with wonderful entertainment and dinning spaces, and we loved having a Christmas tree and holiday decorations throughout! The kids enjoyed their own play area downstairs, and everyone had fun exploring the amazing property with beautiful forests and creek. The owners were great hosts and very accessible when needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope to visit again.

Summary: The pictures do not do it justice. Had several family members stay for my son's wedding at Tocca Falls. Just outstanding! Very well stocked with everything you might need down to the coffee.

Summary: Outstanding property for peace and quite! Property close enough but far enough to local area sights / tourism area. The whole crew enjoyed our time, the supplied amenities were plentiful. Stacked firewood was a nice touch we will be back. Only 1 complaint from anyone 2 spiders in basement, welcome to the woods! Again, thanks for a beautiful property.

Summary: Beautiful home and great property with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy seperate areas. Perfect location for trips to tallulah falls and toccoa falls. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were perfect sizes. Kitchen was well stocked. Great views.

Summary: Blackberry Ridge was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the best equipped VRBO we’ve encountered. It had lots of room to relax and play - indoors and outdoors, and was the perfect place to host a mini family reunion. Communication with the owners was superb; they even provided an app to share information about the house and area!

Summary: The pictures didnt do this place justice. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. The location is secluded but close enough to all of your essentials. The cabin has a ton of family games that can help the family disconnect from the devices. Our family particularly enjoyed the upper and lower deck as well as the screened-in patio. We will surely be back to this GEM!

Summary: This VRBO exceeded our expectations for multiple reasons: 1) It's on its own property, no neighbors, incredible mountain views. 2) The backyard is incredible, with the deck really top notch. Loved having part of the deck screened in as well. There is a great fire pit with complimentary firewood. Also cornhole and other backyard games provided. 3) There is a creek on-site which the kids in our family reunion loved playing in on a daily basis. Also two small waterfalls on the creek itself which were beautiful. You can hear the sounds of the creek from the deck which is amazing. 3) The cabin itself is even bigger and nicer than the pictures do it justice. The basement is renovated too and extremely comfortable. All the appliances are new and fully stocked with all the items you would need in your own house. 4) Property owners are amazing and extremely responsive to every need you might have. 5) There are so many great day trips you can do from this location 5 minutes from the highway. Tallulah Falls is only 10 minutes away with incredible hikes and there is also a lake you can swim in at Tallulah. Helen, GA tubing down the river is only 30 min away. Multiple other waterfalls and hikes are within 20 min (Minnehaha falls, Angel falls, Toccoa Falls). Blackrock mountain state park 35 min away. Overall this cabin is perfect for adults, kids, and families of all ages. If you are lucky enough to reserve this place before it fills up, don't hesitate to choose it!

Summary: From the real flowers in the various vases around the house, the helpful website with suggestions of what to do in the area, the beautiful property and home, and having everything we could possibly need this property was absolutely perfect! The kids and adults all had the best time playing cornhole, exploring the creek, eating on the deck and having plenty of space for everyone. Kevin is also a top notch host and made everything easy and organized with checking in and check out. Would definitely stay again!
