Summary: Loved the quiet location and beautiful home. So thankful to be able to bring our dogs with us. They enjoyed laying outside in the yard by the fire pit with us. Only recommendation would to to inform renters of driverway conditions. We were lucky to have driven our suv as the driveway was washed away in areas due to heavy rain.

Summary: We had a great stay at this cabin in Clarksville, outside of Helen. The owners were quick to reply and fix the hot tub when it wasn’t warming. The house met our needs for a family gathering in the woods with beautiful views of the stars at night.

Summary: If you or anyone in your party are of a larger stature, this home will not be comfortable for you. The downstairs bathroom potty could only be used by my grandchildren. So you will have to “handle business” in the loft bathroom but shower in the downstairs bathroom. All 3 mattresses were not very thick and on plywood so it was not a very restful sleep. Jets only worked on one side of the hot tub but was a great feature to help relax. And the grill!! The grill was freaking awesome!! It looked like a Chevy small block!!Overall, The home was super cute and clean. I was hoping it would be decorated for Christmas but it wasn’t, but that’s ok.

Summary: It was a very charming cabin. Pretty and clean, standard mountain cabin home. Convenient to town with a dollar general nearby. Host was responsive. Quaint but small. Porches do not connect. Most will have a hard time using downstairs toilet, if you need to spread your knees, forget it. The space is just wide enough for the toilet. Walls on both sides. If you are not accustomed to Old School TV surround sound video setup then the media in the living room could be challenging. The thermostat needs reprogramming or constantly monitored, otherwise you'll wake up overly hot and nauseous to the cabin being 93 degrees which was not pleasant at all and if you have sensitivity to allergies, this may not be your first choice because I did have some itchy eyes and other irritation to the cabin that immediately went away once I went outside. Note that there are neighbors to the right and what appeared to be another rental property within 75 feet of the cabin. With that being said for the price for the location for the view for the privacy and for the purpose of simply getting away from it all to have some time to spend with your special person, that's in a secluded area, the cabin served it's purpose for my husband and I during the week that we stayed there.

Summary: Place is as described. The hot tub had a funky smell, like old water with no chemicals for cleaning :( the place was decent pretty run down for price . Futon wouldn’t stay flat made for uncomfortable sleeping arrangement for my son. Dryer was too squeaky to use sounded as if the thing was gonna fly away . Instructions were easy . Very beautiful wooded surroundings. I would have loved a tv in the bedroom for evening times .

Summary: I’m from Georgia and went home for a weekend and it was perfect! They provide a fully stocked cabin, comfy beds, enough room for the entire family or a large group of friends, private yet close to everything! The only thing I would suggest is getting there, the address doesn’t show up for the cabin on GPS, but there is a gravel company at the bottom of the hill on the main road that if you gos that, no issues every time getting there. Would stay again and again!

Summary: This was a good vacation spot to stay in. It was quiet and peaceful. My wife and I hope to rent again. 9 miles from beautiful Helen, GA, and 2 miles from Clarksville proper. The house is a little buried in the woods at the end of a loose gravel road, so be a little careful because you will be going uphill a little bit. Convenient gas station advertised the main road, a long with a delicious Sautee Trail Cafe near by which has many options. Neighbors didn't seem to bother our stay. Our host was super responsive to questions and inquires about the property, and on the first day of our stay the host let us randomly pay for an additional day extension. The lodging was comfortable and friendly on the inside, and very woodsy and free on the outside. Being surrounded by nature has a price, so don't be surprised by animal sounds in the dark. My wife and i used their hot tub, which was nice, and used their custom propane grill which was unique. 3 sides of house had spot lights for the night time with a fourth that needed repaired or replacement bulbs. Didn't use the fire pit at all but looked like a good spot for people to hang around, but do keep down a lot of noise because the neighbors are about a fifty yards away. When walking in the dark, be aware of a few spider webs... not a big deal if you are a boy scout.or camper, but don't be surprised and complain because that's nature. I will definitely recommend this place, and plan to stay again.
