Light, bright and spacious double height airy sitting/dining room (roughly 29 square metres excluding the kitchen area) Scandinavian-style with quality wooden furniture and varied lighting options. Stone worktop/breakfast bar, fitted kitchen (around 5 square metres) fully equipped including gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, and cafetiere. On the mezzanine floor above, large bedroom area with a very comfortable John Lewis double bed with pure cotton bedlinens, ample hanging space, chest of drawers, skylight, bedside table and reading lights. One "wall" of the bedroom is open to the double height living area, with rail and screen, as shown in photo. Extra large shower. Desk, broadband wifi and printer. Gas central heating. Reserved parking, valuable in this popular area with parking restrictions on the street April-September inclusive.
Very short walks to beautiful sandy Avon Beach (4 minutes), Mudeford Quay with hire watersports and the foot ferry to Hengistbury Head (5 minutes), The Jetty fine restaurant (12 minutes). The New Forest, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Lymington (with ferry to the Isle of Wight), Dorset and Hampshire, all in easy driving distance. Local buses, and Beryl Bikes hire scheme.
The flat is at a high first floor level, accessed by external stairs, and there is a narrow open internal staircase to the mezzanine floor (see photo), so it will not suit those who have difficulty climbing stairs, or small children, apologies.
Supermarkets are a short trip by car, or distance is walkable.
Sometimes you may hear traffic noise, or sounds from the shop below.

Summary: We can't speak highly enough about this property. It is absolutely pristine, comfortably furnished and has everything that you could possibly need. The sea front is only a couple of minutes walk away, whichever route you take, and it's a great base from which to explore the area. For example, RSPB Arne & Corfe Castle and the New Forest. The check in and other information provided by Clare was very helpful, clear & concise and she's also very quick to respond to any queries. We've stayed in many self-catering places in many locations over the years and this is one at the top of our list.

Summary: This is a gorgeous flat. It is perfectly located to visit the beach and mudeford quay. We had a very comfortable stay, it was very clean and had everything you need. I’d definitely stay again.

Summary: Well appointed accommodation, clean, bright and airy everything you need supplied for a comfy stay and only few minutes walk to beach and quayside. Excellent property manager. Some people may have difficulty with the stairs, but this is pointed out in the property description before booking. Excellent deli downstairs. Overall a great little base for exploring the south coast.

Summary: We spent a week here in July and had a great time. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach which was really useful as the car parks did get busy when the sun was out! Property had everything we needed, smooth check in process and in a nice area. Owner quick to respond to any queries.

Summary: We spent seven nights in this lovely apartment and absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to return! It was well suited for us as we had easy access to get out and about for our love of walking either by the river, sea or New forest. Property was spotlessly clean. Local shops within easy walking distance. There are lots of lovely scenic walks nearby and plenty of venues to eat and drink at. I would recommend this for a couple wanting a lovely peaceful base to explore the New Forest, Christchurch and the surrounding areas. The apartment was tastefully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately clean, Would highly recommend. Communication with Clare was excellent. Thank you!!
