Positive: Short walk from town. Super quick responsiveness from staff to queries prior to arrival. Little added extras a nice surprise.
Negative: If a light sleeper, noise from surrounding rooms can be disturbing. If not easily woken (as with the rest of my party, really not an issue). Wouldn’t let it put you off booking!!
Summary: Comfortable, convenient and not far from town.

Positive: Great location only minutes from shops and The Pavilion Theatre. Mina was very welcoming and the room had tea, coffee and croissants supplied. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: The pillows were horrible - lumpy and old. The room was very tired and small. Although the room was a double, it would have been difficult for two people to use as there was very little space to move around. It felt like it needed a thorough clean (sticky patches on the wardrobe, very scuffed paintwork) and updating.
