Positive: It was beautiful set out home with gorgeous decor and plenty of places to sit and relax. It was in a quiet street extremely close to everything needed.

Summary: We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone needing a room for a short stay.

Positive: Walking distance to a very nice beach. Nice pool and kitchen facilities. Breakfast and snacks throughout the day was nice.

Negative: You need a car to stay here. Not the best public transport options which means it would take you a long time to get to places without one. Also just to note that it is not like a B&B in some countries where you are segregated from other guests/the owner, you are all next to each other in rooms and feels more like a house share. Not a negative though as the owner was very friendly

Positive: Beautiful property with plenty of communal hang out spaces and a very well stocked breakfast bar. The rooms were clean and beautiful. It was the perfect base for us as we explored northern Perth as it is only a 5 minute drive from the beach. Karen was an amazing host, and we will definitely be staying next time we visit Perth!

Positive: The host (owner) lives in the property and is very welcoming. It is a large house and she is happy for guests to use much of it. A cold breakfast (self-serve) is available and consists of a good range of food that is basically available whenever you want to take breakfast. Tea and coffee are always available. Basically, it is very homely. The house is close to the sea-front and about 5 and 10 minutes walk to feeder bus stops that service Whitfords Station on the fast and frequent Yanchep line to the city.

Negative: Although the room was presented very nicely, cleaning is only weekly (in-stay). My stay was 6 nights. Perhaps this could be improved but I would very happily stay there again.
