Positive: The food was very good in the lodge. The staff were lovely and friendly. Beds were very comfortable in the bunkhouse.

Negative: The bathroom facilities for the bunkhouse. There was no hot water in the female side at all. Also no hot water in the camp kitchen for washing up. Found the sunset tour a little overpriced for what we got. Very little information given on the history.

Positive: Our glamping tent was spacious and the bed was very comfortable with quality sheets/towels and storage. The chef was very good especially for Asian influenced dishes. Stargazing is amazing in this area.

Negative: We visited after new management had taken over for only 10 days and the staff were excellent at trying to provide a quality stay. However, several problems occurred with no power/water, broken items etc and cleanliness could be improved. Lighting in the tents would be good and seating on the little decks. The management seemed very keen and ready to improve their lodge so it will become a great place to stay and see the region.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay even with the problems mainly due to the kindness and hard work by the staff.

Positive: Remote location, glamping tents were very comfortable (but only in autumn or spring I suspect), resort restaurant was fine and convenient. Having a fire near the tent was nice.

Negative: Get in early for breakfast - it goes quickly
