Positive: I have stayed here very many times and it's really good value for money! The beds are comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, most rooms are very quiet and I usually sleep very well. I will absolutely be going back again.

Negative: Unfortunately, this time was an exception for the noise levels. I stayed in the last available room in the property- the accessible room- and it was very noisy at night and hard to sleep because this room is close to both the reception and the road. Strongly recommend asking for a room far from the reception and from Munras Avenue if you're not a heavy sleeper!
