Summary: It was a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable and the restaurant was excellent with transportation right outside the door. Very pretty. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Summary: On arrival staff were super helpful and this remained the case throughout our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and our room was recently renovated so modern and very clean. The bothy serves great food in the bar/restaurant and on the terrace. Location was fab across the road from Murrayfield stadium. Highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: I was concerned after reading the reviews after booking this hotel. My room was very small (cosy double) but OK as I was travelling for business and staying alone. It would be quite cosy for 2 people though. Bedroom was getting a little worn and tired and probably in need of a refresh although the bed looked relatively new and was comfortable. Bathroom looked to have been recently refurbed and was lovely and clean. It had a large walk in shower. I have to agree with other reviews about the cleanliness. The coffee cups had stains in and the teaspoons definitely hadn't been washed. The dust was so thick on top of the wardrobe it was visible and you wouldn't of dared touch the TV remote control is was so disgusting. Room was hotter than the sun but there was a fan in the wardrobe which was broken but that I manged to fix. Didn't have breakfast but the selection of teas, coffees and biscuits in the room was nice. As mentioned in other reviews the recycling guys turn up around 6.30am so you get an early wake up call as they empty the glass bottle from the bar below.

Summary: Lovely friendly staff, comfortable, clean and quiet modern room. Convenient to the city by bus or an easy 30 minute walk. Skip the restaurant, there is better food elsewhere in the city.

Summary: Beautiful hotel, easy access into the city via taxi or local bus. We stayed in the house which was very quiet and access to garden. Highly recommend.

Summary: Loved the architecture and ambience of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and it was nice having a restaurant on site. Great patio to hang out and enjoy drinks in the sun.

Summary: The décor is lovely and the staff are fabulous. Great atmosphere too. The food was a little under value in terms of quality. Nearly there bit not quite. Expensive for basic food offer. Had to wait some time for my breakfast which wasn't really great. Not bad either. The facilities had a slight problem but the staff were very happy we mentioned it and would act on it immediately. Other than that all good.
