2 Bedroom House in Haynes Area, Nashville

Enjoy the comforts of home in Nashville! We are located in the hip & trendy East Nashville area just a few miles from Five Points & Downtown.
Both bedrooms have TV, wifi, and a comfy QUEEN bed. The private master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (note that this is the only bathroom so if you do have a guest in the second bedroom they will be using the bathroom in your master).
We know you'll love it and have everything you could imagine! Our Nashville short-term rental permit number is in our photos.
Welcome to Music City Haven! We plan to give you 5 stars and hope you'll do the same. We simply ask you to follow our house rules and read this manual to better prepare for your stay.
Our home is set up like a duplex. You have the front half and we have the back half with our own entrance, seperate from yours. There is a neighborhood black cat who is very friendly and may visit your porch. Be kind to the kitty please.
Your entrance is the main front entrance of the house. We do NOT Lock the metal storm door and ask that you keep this unlocked.
We will send your check-in code the day before your arrival but please do not check-in or stop by before the check-in time which is 4 pm. If you require an earlier check-in let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Message us to let us know that you have arrived and when you check out, please. We'd also like to know your plans for when you plan to check out ahead of time so that we can coordinate the cleaners.
Park your car all the way to the front of the driveway so a second car can come and go on the lawn space.
We ask that you remove your shoes when you arrive in the entry room. We have a shoe bench right by the front door when you come in.
The security light runs from sunset to sunrise. If it's dark out and the front of the house is not lit please let us know. We come and go through the back mostly and we may not notice if the security light bulb needs to be changed. Please communicate anything that may need our attention so that we can help make it your best stay.
Each bedroom has its own lock code for privacy which you will receive before check-in.
PLEASE DO NOT put food or food waste down the toilet or sink. Throw it in the BROWN trash bin outside (not the green recycling bin).
If you have trash that won't fit in the cans in the rooms you may place trash in the BROWN bin outside the door. The green bin is recycling only so please do not put any garbage in that bin (the top of the bin says what is ok and not ok to put in it).
Our drains are older so please be conscious of your hair and pull it from the drain if you shed.
When you check out please place all dirty towels on the floor. Don't worry about the bedding. We will wash the pillowcases, sheets, and comforter when you check out. If you have laundry to do there is a coin-operated laundromat on Trinity just down the road.
NO smoking or vaping anything inside the house. And please do not litter cigarette butts or throw hot ones in the trash. We recommend bringing a water bottle with water in it to use as an ashtray when you go outside to smoke but please go further out to the driveway (but not in the street) so smoke doesn't get in the house AND please watch for cars of course.
Keep the thermostat between 68 and 74 degrees to avoid burning out the HVAC unit. We are happy to provide an extra fan or heater if you need one though the house gets nice and cool/warm when set correctly.

Summary: Property manager answered my messages very quickly and was super kind. House was clean with comfy beds and a nice coffee/snack set up. Neighborhood cat was such a nice little guy and welcomed us back every time we arrived at the house.

Summary: Everything was great, Ellis’s was very responsive, if we had any questions she answered, it was a very quit neighborhood, we don’t stay up late so we didn’t want to stay downtown, beds were so comfy. We were close to everything so a short drive to the oprey, this only advice I give the owner is a little yard work and cleanliness of porch, she was super in letting us check in early were we had drove 19 hours straight, we will definitely book there again if we return

Summary: This property was exactly as listed. It was clean, quite & quaint. Communication with the owner was great both before check in and during our stay. Check in was simple! The unit was clean and better appointed than I had expected. The beds and pillows were SUPER comfy! Between that and the quiet neighborhood, we were able to actually sleep in (awesome for mom's vacay!). Taking Ubers in and out of the city center took anywhere from 10-15 minutes and ranged from $15-$20. For our trip this was more affordable than a rental car. The sweet black kitty mentioned in the listing was there as well! She was super friendly and we enjoyed having a porch pet for our trip. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable!

Summary: This Music City Haven in Nashville is litterly a wonderful little "haven"--It was out little "bungalow away from home". So much better than a hotel! Elysia was a wonderful renter, she listed it exactly what it was like, perfect location and very, very clean!! We really enjoyed our stay there. Elysia was always in communication with us--She even left us lots of goodies to enjoy in case we forgot "munchies" while we were there---THANK YOU SO MUCH ELYSIA....I really hope to stay there again sometime. Summary: Cute little 2 bedroom rental, 5 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Comfy, clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, snacks as well as necessities such as shampoo, iron and even a straightener. Owner was a joy and get communication!
