Located just 2.5 miles from Tiger Stadium and 5 miles from L' Auberge Casino. This beautiful town home is located in the gated community of Lake Beau Pre. Swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, and 24 hour workout facility are just a few of the amenities at your disposal at Lake Beau Pre. This 1250 square foot town home itself has many of the luxuries you would expect. This unit is one of the few in this community that is only one floor. No stairs to contend with. High speed wireless internet, over 200 channels of cable TV. There is a 42" wall mounted HD TV in the living room, a 32" in the master bed room and a 24" in the guest room. DVD player with a library of DVD's. Free local and long distance telephone service. A king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the guest room and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer. Extras include 12 cup Cuisinart coffee pot, a single cup kehrig coffee brewer, with a starter supply of coffee for each along with dishwasher and washing machine soap. Linens and towels provided as well.
The master bedroom has an en suite bath with a rain shower and a garden tub. There is a full bath across the hall from the guest room with a shower tub.

Summary: Stayed here for an LSU game and it’s a super convenient location to do just that. No complaints with the house and it was very nice. I would definitely stay here again in the future. You can walk to Tiger stadium from here but I will caution it is a bit of a hike - we did it and wished we had drove as the house is also a super quick drive to tailgating spots.

Summary: This was perfect proximity to LSU and really liked that the community is gated, so felt safe. We were moving in my son so the proximity and location was great. The condo was clean and stocked with appropriate amenities for our short stay. Owner was very accommodating as we had a late departure flight on Monday and allowed us to arrange for a later check out. Only reason not giving it a 5 was hallway bathtub probably needs resurfacing or replacing and the oven door was a bit loose. These are cosmetic things that can hopefully be fixed. Overall our family was comfortable and felt safe which is most important.

Summary: This was my first experience with VRBO and it was a home run. This is a wonderful place to stay. Clean, beautiful furniture, great communication. I hate to leave such a good review as I want to stay here again and don’t want it to be booked up! :-). Thank you! Highly recommend.

Summary: We stayed here for the Garth brooks concert and it was perfect, so close to Tiger stadium and had everything we needed. I stayed with my husband, my sister and her husband and her adult son. The. Patio was nice and the bathrooms were large so that made getting ready easy.. sleeper sofa was perfect for her son! It’s the first house when you come into the neighborhood so made getting in and out of the neighborhood very easy. Check in/put was seamless. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Summary: We did a corporate short term rental for 4 months and could not be happier with the result. . The property was exceptionally clean, well furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of pots pans utensils and cookware storage to be satisfied with a multi month stay. The internet speed was acceptable for my wife, who does Zoom meetings during the day and video recordings for international clients in the evening. Each bedroom has a mounted flat screen tv, and the living room is equipped with a Sony smart TV, with many streaming services. . Mike the owner was responsive with any issues (leaking kitchen drain line, keypad battery dying, microwave failure). If you want to walk/ride the levee trail, you can access it about 1/4 mile to the left of the development. Neighbors were polite and quiet and we felt very safe in the gated community. . The unit is right next to the entrance of the community, so you get the occasional Jake brake or loud exhaust noise. We ran a box fan and it was no problem. . Would recommend any short term corporate rental based strictly on location, furnishings, and management quality.
