Summary: Our room floors were not vacuumed, the bathroom had someone else’s hair all over it (back of toilet, tub, floor-gross). The lightbulb in the lamp was unscrewed. Our mini fridge did not work. Hallways all smelled like smoke. Booked because it said breakfast included—no breakfast included. Oh and on top of that, very poor attempt at snow removal and it was slippery in the parking lot.

Summary: The main thing that we appreciated was the quiet! We came in late both nights we stayed at the Mustang - it was an overnight break in a long drive to and from family - and the hotel was so quiet! The bed was comfortable and the blackout shades worked great. HVAC was quiet and functional. The parking lot was fine. There isn’t a breakfast on offer right now (they are in process of joining the Sleep-Inn brand) but the fridge and microwave were handy. The bathrooms in each of our ground floor rooms were vintage tile that looked new. Great water pressure! Friendly staff.

Summary: The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The room could have been cleaner and a few minor things could be fixed. Like the stopper in the sink and the push button on the shampoo dispenser in the shower. One set of towels were good the other not so much.

Summary: The review said this was a very good hotel my opinion it was poor. The room was a supposed to be a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke, there were no water glasses and there was mold on the ceiling above the shower.

Summary: The room was very clean and a good sized room with a couch and chair. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodated any request that I had. The only issue that kept me from giving 5 stars was that I felt that some of the people staying there were regulars living their full time and it felt very shady. Someone left empty beer cans lying around the exit of the building. They were cleaned up when I arrived back later in the evening so I felt confident that the staff will not put up with that type of behavior. I do think they care very much about the people in and around their hotel. There were great restaurants all around the hotel and a shopping center near by.

Summary: At a rate of $60 per night I got what I expected. The exterior signage was damaged and burned out and several parking lot lights weren't working. The lobby was clean, the staff welcoming and checking in was quick and easy. The room was pretty clean. It smelled of smoke which seemed to be coming from a heavily stained chair in the room. Suggestion.... get rid of the broken lamp and filthy chair that no one will sit on. The shower had two bars of unwrapped, previously used bars of soap and a large clump of black hair stuck to the wall. The drain in the sink was clogged and drained slowly. We slept well considering the high traffic area.
