Positive: Clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful place. The location was perfect, just a short walk from restaurants. The host was very kind and accommodating, and even made our late check-in smooth
Negative: The shower did not have a door or curtain, which may be uncomfortable for guests who value privacy. Rooms on the ground floor, especially those facing the pool, can also feel less private when the area is in use. In addition, the breakfast that was advertised at the reception desk was unfortunately not available during our stay.

Positive: Property was far enough away to feel private and secluded but realistically only a couple of minutes from any of the amenities. Beach is less than 5 minutes away.
Negative: In the upper balconies, you look directly in on your neighbours.

Positive: This was the perfect stay for us, and the location was lovely & quiet (exactly what we like), only 2 mins walk from the gorgeous beach :) Rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day. Staff was so friendly & couldn’t fault anything about this property.
Negative: Nothing to dislike here ! No complaints at all :)
Summary: Perfect, relaxing stay, the manager was super accommodating also, very approachable & very helpful.

Positive: First of all the staff is extraordinary - wonderful, friendly, helpful and always open for ideas. Communication was totally easy and pleasant. They provided us with recommendations beforehand, organized a taxi ride from the airport and the rental car (with a pretty good price). The room is nice and clean and the view is great. The balcony was a great asset for sunny breakfasts or warm evenings with a glass of wine. There's a small fridge with a tiny freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler as well as some cutlery and dishes. The location is perfect. It's a quiet area more or less halfway between Rethymno and Iraklio. Just a few steps down the street you'll find a supermarket, tavernas, bars, shopping and most importantly: the old harbour of Bali. We totally recommend Karavostasi Beach which is about 10-15 min by foot away and it's so beautiful.
Negative: We stayed for two weeks and not being able to cook ourselves left a hole in our bank accounts as we ate out twice a day on average. The mattress was a little hard, we told the staff and they added it to the list of improvements they want to implement for the next summer season. Not a minus but good to know: The area is quiet, but you'll hear people talking in the hallways inside the house as it echoes. We didn't mind too much as we brought Ohropax anyways :-)
