Positive: The location was good.
Negative: Extremely irresponsible host! First, they require a deposit before handing over the keys, supposedly as a security measure in case of damages—yet they take no responsibility when serious issues arise. In the middle of the night, water started leaking from the ceiling, and despite notifying them, they responded hours later without taking any real action. Their only follow-up was to ask during the day, ‘Is it still leaking?’ After checkout, the deposit, which should have been refunded immediately, was delayed with the excuse that it takes 24 hours. Additionally, the sofa linen was dirty upon arrival. I would never recommend this host or this property to anyone!

Positive: The location was really convenient, minutes away from the train station. And convenient for grocery stores.
Negative: The sink wasn't working well, the toilet seat was broken and the AC stopped working on the first day. Instead of trying to figure it out the host gave me a number of someone to contact.

Positive: The host Sandra was absolutely amazing. Always a call a way if we need help with info etc. She is very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend any one to book at My Casa because of the great host and value for money for this apartment. Everything you need was in this apartment. Absolutely in the middle of all the attractions. Walking distance to tram and everything. Sandra you are a SUPER HOST. Thank you again for a memorable 2 weeks.
Summary: This was good spending money to stay in My Casa and to have a SUPER HOST like Sandra is a bonus

Positive: The space was very clean and newly renovated. The bed and pull out couch were comfortable. The kitchen amenities were enough for a brief stay. The location was good in terms of proximity to the train station and to the Main Street with shopping and food.
Negative: The air-conditioning unit was not effective, so we had to open the windows and it was quite loud. The area was decent, but maybe not ideal for those traveling alone.
