Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay. The place was comfortable and well equipped. It was a bonus seeing the beautiful horses each day that live on a farm across the street.

Summary: This property was clean & well equipped. It was nice to be so close to Uof Ark! The first night my daughter noticed old blood drops on her sheets. I washed the sheets the next morning. We would have liked an extra roll of toilet paper, extra paper towels, tissue paper & trash bags since we were there for 7 days.

Summary: We enjoyed our several day stay. Quiet, easy parking. Very clean and fresh. The beds are comfortable. It's a 2 story apartment/condo building with the bathrooms and bedrooms on the 2nd floor. We were surprised to find that there is no bathroom on the 1st floor. As an older couple we found that a bit inconvenient. I don't remember that being disclosed on the listing, but perhaps I overlooked it. Would not recommend for elderly or disabled.
