Summary: Reviews and photos led to disappointment. They are deceptive. It is more like a clean 2 star hotel that smells like cigarettes in the rooms and lobby than a 3 star.

Summary: Easy access to transport. About 3mins walk to Toos bus stop. 12mins to Wintherthur. Very helpful staff. Clean room and has basic things you would need.

Summary: Parking in Switzerland is quite a challenge, for the hotel to have free parking is the best they can offer.

Summary: Staff was friendly and as helpful as possible given language barrier. Very clean property. Breakfast was reasonable price but the food and coffee are not replenished so if you arrive toward the end of the service time, you only get what is left, which was not much. The best feature is the river that is within walking distance. Very nice ... otherwise, not a tourist area. VERY close to bus stop. Again, language barrier was an issue but the driver was friendly and kind. There is a coffee shop just beyond the bus kiosk and the owner was very nice and helpful.
