Positive: This was our second time staying at this property. It is a good sized apartment for Paris and has everything you need for your stay including a small refrigerator, combination washer/dryer, various cooking appliances, etc. just as a fyi the balcony is a “French” balcony, so large windows that open and have a railing. There isn’t an actual terrace area that you step outside onto. Not a big deal for us but just a heads up for others. The location is great (yes near the adult shops but it doesn’t bother us) with one metro stop just across the street and another metro stop (for other lines) about a 5 min walk away.

Positive: Situated in a very busy and party area by a discoteque. Friday night impossible to sleep due to music. Not ideal for a family trip, area full of sex shops. Windows not very good so very noisy inside

Positive: Modern, stylish apartment, very well equipped with everything you can possibly need. We cooked all our meals and had everything from sharp knives to a veggie peeler and chopping boards The shower is roomy with both a fixed shower head and a hand held water spray. High quality shower geld, shampoo and conditioner is provided The unit has a lovely view over the main street. There is a guide with information on recommended shops, restaurants and public transport. Great communication. You will need a smart phone to access the property as they use a QR code scanner to access the building and rooms
Negative: The apartment is very small with almost no space to move around in the bedroom. It is not possible to use the kitchen with the Sofa Bed out. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. The space is very well used and designed, but it is still very small and can be hard to move around in.

Positive: Excluding the deposit, everything else was great about this location, we had acces to anything we required. The aprtment was clean and prety quiet. The location was great, with plenty of access to restaurants, bakeries, bars and other stores. Right next to metro lines and bus stations.
Negative: The main thing I did not like is that after i've booked the property, they sent me a check in form, where at the end i had to pay a deposit of 300€. From their message, this deposit could be between 300-1000€. If the reservation would have had free cancelation, I would have canceled this with these terms, but the free cancelation option was more expensive. The requirement of this deposit should be prety clear on the booking page before we book as not everyone agrees to these conditions.
